Meet the Cast of THE WICKED REDEMPTION

After 10 years of working on this series, from it’s conception to publishing The Bloody Maiden… from striking out on my own as an indie author to publishing The Wayward Damned and conceiving the spin-off, Love & The Grave, we’re finally here at the end… the final book in the trilogy. It’s a bittersweet feeling.

These characters have lived in my brain for so many years that while I’m excited to be at this milestone after so long, I’m also grieving. It’s going to be strange not having them in my head every day working on their story for you. I am eternally grateful to these characters for all they’ve given me. There really aren’t words to convey quite what they mean to me. But regardless, you’re here to meet the cast of this latest book and I shall provide…

William: Eldest Child & Wannabe Adventurer

Prudence and Cain’s eldest child. You briefly met William at the end of The Wayward Damned… though he’s much bigger now. It’s been 18 years since the end of Wayward and William has grown into a fine young man. That is, of course, to those who view him as a man, rather than still a little boy. He’s kind, capable and intelligent, but desperate to prove himself as man.

As stated in the blurb, he runs away to a merchant ship to make a living and prove to everyone that he’s not a child anymore. He’s a grown man who’s yearning for adventure and excitement like in the stories his father told him as a child.

Florrie: The Middle Child, Small But Mighty

Florrie, as I’m sure you’ve guessed if you’ve read Maiden & Wayward, is named for Cain’s little sister Florence as is much like her. She looks the most like Cain out of all three of the children and has a very sweet nature. She’s extremely fond of her older brother and when he runs away in hopes of adventure… she can’t help but follow.

Thrust into a world of danger and extreme conditions, she and William only have each other as they fight to get back to their family and home. Despite this, she’s as brave as they come and extremely emotionally intelligent for a 12 year old – she certainly teaches her brother a thing or two!

Ellie: The Youngest & Cute to Boot

Named for our beloved Eleanora, Ellie is a bright light in a very dark time for Prudence and Cain. At the age of six, she’s cute, excitable and provides endless cuddles. When her siblings run away she helps to keep things positive for her parents, even singing them little songs and reminding them of the good times.

Her best friend is a fairly volatile cockerel and even though her older siblings are feeling a bit too old to play with the youngest Morris, she retains her sunny demeanor even while being dragged miles in the cold to search for William and Florrie. An adventure with a 6 year old in tow… how much worse can it get?

You’ll meet all 3 of the Morris children and an entire cast of interesting characters in The Wicked Redemption – OUT NOW in paperback & eBook!
